May 15, 2007 - UA DRAWS RICE IN MIDWEST REMATCH
14-1 Upper Arlington opens the Midwest Tournament at 5:30 pm Saturday at Brother Rice High School in a rematch against the hosts. Brother Rice handed UA its only loss of the season, 7-6 in overtime Friday April 13th. The Golden Bears earned the 3rd seed. Rice is seeded 2nd.

4th-seeded Worthington Kilbourne will take on top-seeded Western Reserve Academy in the other 5:30 pm semi-final played at Brother Rice on Saturday.

"It's going to be a tremendous environment for lacrosse," said veteran UA Head Coach Ted Wolford. "They've done a good job of promoting the event there and the crowds should be great."

The finals are noon Sunday at Birmingham Seaholm High School according to the Midwest Scholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association web site.
